Consultants

DON JONES
Has 30 years experience in placement and search in South Africa and internationally, and was appointed Managing Director of the St Thomas Group in 1976. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics, and was previously Group Personnel Manager of Standard Telephones and Cables. Has experience in the health care, consumer, service, education and electronics sectors.

JOHN ANSLEY

Qualified in Agricultural Science, past Member of the South African Institute of Agricultural Engineers with Diploma in Business Management. Has held senior positions in sales, divisional management, marketing and engineering management with companies such as the Dowson and Dobson Group, Area Director of Southern Africa for Allis Chalmers Corporation, an American agro-industrial product manufacturer. 27 years experience in search and recruitment with the group. Fluent in Xhosa, English and Afrikaans.

GEORGE ROSS

BA (Political Science, Anthropology and Criminology), DPLR, has had extensive experience as a Senior Manager and Consultant in the different facets of Human Resources Management in the Gold Mining (Anglo American) and Financial Services Industries (ABSA Group).
